1. What materials are the flowers made of?

Our flowers are crafted from high-quality silk and real-touch materials, including polyester and durable plastics. Each is carefully selected for its lifelike texture and lasting beauty, keeping your arrangement fresh and vibrant for years.

2. Does the arrangement come exactly as shown in the photos?

All our photos are of arrangements made by us. Your arrangement will match about 98% of what you see in the photos, though slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Either way, your flowers will look just as beautiful.

3. How do I clean and care for faux flowers?

To clean and care for your faux flowers, gently wipe them with a clean, dry, or slightly damp cloth. You can also use a vacuum on a low-power setting to remove dust. This helps keep your arrangement looking clean and beautiful for a long time.

4. How long will the faux flowers last without fading?

With proper care, our faux flowers can last for years. To keep them looking their best, try to avoid direct sunlight, which can cause colors to fade over time.

5. Is the vase/ basket/ box or container included with the arrangement?

Yes! The vase, basket, or box is included with the arrangement at the price shown.

6. Are you an online-only shop, or do you have a physical location?

We’re currently an online-only shop, so all of our arrangements are available for order online.

7. Do you offer delivery or pickup?

Yes! we offer scheduled pickup by appointment and local delivery within 40 km of our location. Simply select your preferred pickup or delivery date and time when adding your favorite flowers to cart. Delivery fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.

8. Where is the pickup location?

Our pickup location is near Dufferin St. & Lawrence Avenue West, just a 5-minute drive from Yorkdale Shopping Centre and Lawrence West Station. The detailed pickup address will be provided at checkout.

9. What is your return or exchange policy?

All orders are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

10. Do you offer repair services if flowers come loose?

Yes! We offer free repair services whenever you need them. This covers flowers that have come loose or minor flower replacements. Please note that this does not include damage to the container (vase, basket, or box). Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping fees for repairs.

11. Are they safe for people with allergies?

We don’t recommend our arrangements for people who are allergic to any kind of plastic materials, as our flowers are made with real-touch synthetics.

12. Do you offer custom flower arrangements?

Yes! We’d love to create a custom arrangement for you. Simply fill out the form on our Custom Order page or send us your request by email at info@lasaflora.ca

Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all preorders and custom orders.

15. How long does a preorder take?

Preorder times depend on our current stock. If we need to order flowers to be shipped to Canada, it typically takes 1–3 weeks.
